San Marino Auto Show 2022
The San Marino Motor Classic is a car-related event that is held annually in the city of San Marino, California. In Lacy Park, the show is popular with car enthusiasts, collectors and the So-Cal community.
The event is organized with the purpose to promote and showcase vintage, exotic and one-off vehicles along with benefiting the Pasadena Humane Society. One of the largest and varied collections of vintage, exotic and one-off vehicles that I have seen myself all in one place! In addition to this there are vendor booths, food trucks live music and more.
The Pasadena Humane Society is an organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of animals in need. The Pasadena Humane Society provides quality care and has a dedicated staff alongside members volunteers.
The San Marino Motor Classic is one of the most well organized and well-planned events that I have attended, every detail is well thought-out, organized and managed to perfection! This event is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn about unique vehicle makes and models, and explore new ones.
It is also an opportunity to see the hands-on work that the various volunteer groups perform for the event. Through support of the event the San Marino Motor Classic event the show benefits the Pasadena Humane Society, SPCA, Rotary Club of San Marino, and the Cancer Support Community Pasadena. This is a great opportunity for all those generous individuals who care about the San Marino and Pasadena communities to display their enthusiasm for car shows while supporting these wonderful organizations .
The San Marino Motor Classic also has a wide variety of niche events that are offered throughout the show weekend.
The Symphony of Cars Gala
The Gala benefits the Cancer Support Community in Pasadena, CA; cars are being presented by Gary Tole while the Legends of Swing Orchestra provides an array of era themed music.
Cars & Chronographs
Attendees have the opportunity to view a selection of exotic Ferrari's and a collection of automobile themed watches by Hing Wa Lee Jewelers, if you’re a Ferrari fan this is definitely worth stopping by!
Automotive Fine Arts Society
Plenty of artists showcasing their latest creations. Cars themselves are works of art, so marrying them together made sense. If you’re a fan of the beauty of classic, vintage and exotic vehicles, this should be right up your alley!
VIP Tent on Show Day
Take some time to recharge with delicious lunch options while enjoying your favorite adult beverage. All this while admiring the view of a bevy of rare vehicles.
Speaking of rare vehicles!
Rarity can be a big factor in the success of an automobile collection and a show. Despite the passage of time and the changing tastes of the world, rare and collectable automobiles continue to be a popular option. There has recently been an explosion in popularity for rare automobiles, particularly in America. The rare automobile market is becoming more scarce with collectors on the rise, with an increase in demand and an obvious limited supply.
In today's world of quick trends, rare vehicles have become looked at as taking a trip to an era in time long ago. The fascination with creativity and novelty is as old as time. It's an attribute that has been part of human development since we were born. As such, creativity can be found in many rare vehicles, some of the most innovative ideas in the world of automobiles were first seen many decades ago.
I enjoy the San Marino Motor Classic specifically for the vast variety and array of these rare vehicles, some of which may not be seen at any other show period. With vehicles from all over on display for your viewing pleasure, there is something for everyone at this show with a vast variety of cars to see and things to do.
All in all, this is a great way to proudly support community organizations and is one that is on my calendar every year. The San Marino Motor Classic is a nonprofit organization and the event does make a statement while at the same time supporting organizations that make a difference in this world.
